About the Department

The Basic Science and Humanities Department is the foundation of engineering education at Jain college of Engineering and Technology,Hubballi. It offers core subjects like Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry to both B.E/B.Tech students.
With experienced faculty and well-equipped labs, the department ensures strong academic grounding and practical skills. Its vision is to support students’ overall development and apply basic science knowledge for industrial growth.
