Dr S B Hegde
PG Coordinator

Dr. S. B. Hegde is an Eminent Professor at Jain College of Engineering and Technology, Hubballi and a Visiting Professor at Pennsylvania State University, USA. With over 30 years in the cement industry, including his role as President - Manufacturing at a major Indian cement company, Dr. Hegde has made notable contributions both in India and globally. He has published over 225 research papers, holds 10 patents, and has guided two Ph.D. scholars. Recognized with the Global Visionary Award by Gujarat Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Ahmedabad, he also advises two multinational cement companies and a Government of India Think Tank on hydrogen use in cement manufacturing.
